1. Who provides the service
This website and the services described on it are provided by Goatland Records LLC, 412 W 7th St, STE 974, Clovis, NM 88101, United States ("Goatland Records"). By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. Use of the website
You may browse the content and use the contact form for legitimate purposes. You may not submit false information, use bots or scripts to send requests, attempt to access private areas without authorization, or copy the content for reuse without permission.
3. Requests and replies
Submitting the form does not create any contractual relationship. A member of our team reviews every request and replies when the project is a fit; we are not obliged to reply to or accept every request. Label services (production, distribution, publishing, campaigns) are always contracted in writing, under a specific agreement that sets out the revenue split, the term and each party's obligations.
4. Artist and client accounts
Artists and clients working with the label access a private portal. You are responsible for keeping your access secret and for any activity carried out with it. We may suspend an account used abusively or against these terms.
5. Content you send us
Recordings, lyrics, images and any other material you send us remain yours. By sending them you only authorize us to listen to them, review them and, if agreed in writing, distribute them under the corresponding contract. You warrant that you hold the rights to what you send and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
6. Intellectual property
The website, its design, its text and the Goatland Records name and logo are protected by intellectual and industrial property laws. Artists' music and images belong to their owners. Nothing on this website grants you any license over that content, except where expressly stated (for example, the license that comes with each vocal bank download).
7. No guarantee of results
The music industry does not guarantee results. The figures we show are real and come from the platforms, but they describe other projects' past, not a prediction of yours. No information on this website should be read as a guarantee of streams, income or reach.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Goatland Records is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the website, service interruptions, or the content of third-party websites we link to (Spotify, Instagram, YouTube and others), which are governed by their own terms.
9. Changes to the service or these terms
We may modify the website or these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date. Contracts signed with artists and clients are governed by their own text and are not affected by changes to this page.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico and of the United States of America. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of New Mexico, without prejudice to any non-waivable rights the law of the user's country of residence grants to consumers.
